The Cablescan engineering team have the capability to produce drawings from customer specifications. Reverse engineering a sample harness, where little or no information is available. We can carry out on-site visits and have the experience and knowledge to suggest proven material to satisfy customer\u2019s requirements.<\/p>

We have built up an extensive database which cross references manufactures of equivalent products so as to minimise single source materials. The correct selection of material and supplier can enable significant cost reduction.<\/p>

Change on electrical projects is inevitable, our proactive team have been involved in volatile first of type situations and fully understand the need to manage change effectively to minimise the cost impact and disruption to programmes.<\/p>

Cablescan produce drawings using the Tyco Harnware and visio software. These can be produced using customer drawing formats if required.<\/p>

A great deal of time is invested in the quality and level of information contained within the drawing and engineering to ensure the best practice manufacturing techniques and lessons learnt are captured.<\/p>
